MTI will deliver the Maritime NZ madatory requirements of Regulation III/1 of the STCW Convention for the training requirements of Engineer Officers in Charge of a Watch in a manned engine-room or designated duty engineers in a periodicalloy unmanned engine room to MEC 3 level.
