NZCEL Level5 programme will help develop confidence and study skills so learners can undertake independent learning at the tertiary level – with advanced skills across speaking, listening, reading, writing, and critical thinking.

IELTS Academic overall band score of 6.0, with no band lower than 5.5 or PTE (Academic) score of 50 with no band score lower than 42 or equivalent, successful completion of NZCEL Level 4, or the CCC approved placement test
