It's a skills course rather than a CAA requirement, made for pilots who want to add surveying to their services and get more out of gear they already own. Each module walks through a real part of a drone survey, using real job examples and on-the-job footage.

By the end of the course, you'll be able to:

• Create and import accurate flight borders in apps like DJI Pilot 2 and Map Pilot Pro
• Choose the right flight pattern (single grid, double grid or corridor) for a site
• Set flight height for the ground sampling distance and accuracy you need
• Set overlap percentages to suit the terrain and output quality
• Choose drone speed and camera settings to avoid motion blur
• Establish and capture Ground Control Points (GCPs), and apply RTK corrections and checkpoints

What's included:

• Six video modules, plus an introduction and summary
• Real-world examples, on-the-job footage and demonstrations
