About the course
Focusing on the practical assembly of garments, accessories or interior furnishings, this course guides students through a step-by-step production process using industrial techniques.
Participants will apply their sewing skills to lay up, cut, assemble, and finish production with accuracy and consistency. Participants will also learn industry finishing standards, pressing techniques, and quality control practices used in production settings, preparing them for workroom or manufacturing environments.
Emphasis is placed on professional workflow, efficient machine handling, and achieving high-quality finishes suitable for commercial production.
Workroom safety, construction terminology, industry techniques and machine maintenance are all included in this course.
Entry requirements
You must be 16 years old or over and not attending high school.
