About the course
About the programme
Employed as an adult educator and want to build on your skills and knowledge?
This work-based programme allows you to study in work, for work. Study is a combination of facilitated, self-directed and work-based learning. As a part-time learner, you should aim for around 10-20 hours per week, some of which will be within your own work context. You will need to also engage with the online resources and activities, and complete assessments.
This Certificate is a required qualification for employment at some tertiary institutions in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Courses include Teaching Approaches for Learner Success; Learner-centred Practice; Assessment and Moderation; and Perspectives on Teaching and Learning.
Embrace the chance to meet others from within the tertiary sector, learn from their experience and enhance your practice.
