Our Construction Management course majoring in Construction Management (Level 6) offers an in-depth curriculum that covers all essential aspects of construction management. You'll gain valuable theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for every stage of the construction process, from the early planning phases to the implementation and completion of construction projects. Through interactive lessons, real-world case studies, and hands-on projects, you’ll learn to navigate the complexities of construction management with confidence and expertise.

Graduates of our program will be equipped with a robust understanding of construction management including legislation, contract administration, site management, and programming. By majoring in construction management you’ll gain in-depth knowledge on variations, technical drawings, programming and site management. You'll also develop strong leadership and communication skills, crucial for effectively managing teams and collaborating with various stakeholders in the construction industry.

Learners do not need to come from a construction background, though it certainly helps. The strongest outcomes are likely for those who have progressed through the construction pipeline. It is recommended that learners are employed in, or have some experience in the construction industry, for a well-rounded skill set and increased credibility.
