About the course
Post Harvest Level 3 introduces learners to operational details, such as grading and packing to specific criteria, preparing for changeovers and keeping an eye on consumables. Learners will also be able to take their pick of one of three post harvest activities - quality control, coolstore operations or laboratory technician work, learning specialist knowledge in a key area. Learners can complete this programme as the first year of a New Zealand Apprenticeship.

We design training and assessment for the workplace, so employees can learn on the job while gaining real-world industry experience.

- They support learners and external training providers as learners complete their qualifications.
