Lincoln University’s Bachelor of Science - Food Science major expands your opportunities in a specialised field, with a solid grounding across the basic sciences. On top of this, we layer practical and theoretical understanding of food composition and processing, nutrition, safety, sensory evaluation and essential consumer-focused product innovation.
