About the course
Do you have a flair for food?
Do you want to become a chef? Undertake a one year journey starting with basic cooking and food preparation, and continue on to develop the skills to tempt and delight the taste buds of diners in fine dining restaurants locally, nationally, and internationally. NOTE: You will be required to cook with and consume all types of meat. If you are vegetarian, or have a specialised diet, please talk to us before applying.
