Are you passionate about food and creating culinary experiences? If you're interested in a career in the food industry, this course provides a great start. 

You will cultivate specialised culinary techniques and creative skills. Learn all about the sensory experiences behind specific ingredients. Get to develop your business knowledge and look at developing new products.

Gain real-world experience working on projects with local businesses. Part of this course is about putting your technical culinary knowledge and creative skills to practice in everyday situations. The small class sizes mean you will get one-on-one support from our award-winning teaching staff. 

Graduate and work as a food producer, chef, recipe developer, food stylist, writer or product entrepreneur. Work in New Zealand or overseas, the world is your oyster!
