About the course
You will explore a range of vegetables, fruits, grains and pulses, and gain expert knowledge on their culinary uses. Become proficient in vegan, vegetarian and plant-based cooking and take your cooking skills to the next level. Classes take place from 5pm - 9pm on Wednesday evenings.
What you will need to bring with you:
- Apron
- Appropriate footwear (covered shoes, no high heels)
- A pen and paper
- Long pants (no shorts or skirts)

Closer to the programme starting, learners will receive a list of course materials to purchase. Examples of course materials could include textbooks, stationary, printing; uniforms, personal protective equipment, tools and a laptop.
