About the course

Graduates will show evidence of advanced knowledge in their specialist field of professional health practice. They will be able to critically evaluate the literature; research, analyse and argue from evidence; and show mastery of theoretical concepts relevant to their discipline. They will demonstrate the capacity for independent thinking through the design and conduct of a piece of supervised research, and be ready to apply these skills to new situations in existing or new roles in the health sector. Some graduates may be able to continue to further study at doctoral level.
