About the course

This exciting course will teach you all about the inner workings of the body, leadership and management skills, how to analyse performance data and wellness solutions.

Learn how to develop and design health and exercise programmes that have an impact and gain practical work experience learning in real-work sport environments with our industry partners

You will learn through a combination of online learning, practical experience and face to face teaching on campus.

This course is delivered by the New Zealand Institute of Sport – NZMA's Sport & Fitness School

Entry requirements

• Applicants must be a minimum 18 years of age.
• Achieved NCEA Level 3 or a tertiary qualification at Level 3 or 4 in a relevant field.
• Appropriate level of English proficiency to meet higher study level.
