About the course
The graduate diplomas aim to produce high quality graduates who have a sound understanding of the dynamic and changing environment in which managers operate in New Zealand and internationally, that will enable them to apply that knowledge at both organisational and strategic levels in a range of industries and organisations. On reaching the workplace, graduates will have current specialised knowledge and be able to integrate into their workplace environment quickly, having already spent time through their course of study in a work context applying the knowledge and skills of the curriculum.
Entry requirements
Candidates must:
- Have successfully completed a bachelor degree in any field excluding the specific graduate diploma field; or
- Successfully completed a Level 6 or 7 Diploma and relevant work and/or life experience (equivalent to a bachelor degree); or
- Evidence of equivalent practical, professional or educational experience e.g. three years full time work experience [relevant to selected field of study]. Candidates with English as a second language are required to have an IELTS score of 6.0, with no individual band score lower than 5.5; or equivalent. Selection BAppMgmt and Graduate Diplomas Applicants who meet the requirements for admission are accepted into the programme in the order their applications are received.
