In this fast-paced industry it is important to keep your skills relevant and up-to-date. The UCOL Academy Cafe Skills programme can put you on the road to success. If you enjoy food preparation, barista, front of house, and baking, then apply. You will have the opportunity to work towards NCEA Level 2 whilst exploring the technical skills required to work in a cafe, restaurant, bar or catering business.
