The UCOL Graduate Diploma in Operations and Production Management will give you the knowledge and skills needed for business sustainability, supply chain management, resource and capacity planning, quality management, and general business and project management.
You’ll learn how to most efficiently allocate resources and gain the skills needed to analyse, oversee and improve the processes and logistics required for a profitable production company.
As part of the programme, you will gain real-world experience by working with a local business/organisation on a project, enabling you to make an immediate contribution to the business environment.
Blended delivery: This programme is also offered on a blended delivery approach as an alternative for your learning and training needs. It is a unique combination of online and face-to-face learning option provided for those who are wanting to upskill themselves while still at work.
