The growing need for residential buildings, extensive infrastructure development, and rebuild projects will create heaps of job opportunities in the coming years. They’re looking for skilled, job-ready workers, so now is the perfect time to gain the skills you need to join the industry.

With this programme you will build your practical skills and get the knowledge required to become a carpenter in the building and construction industry. The first part of this programmes covers the basic knowledge in construction trade and the second part focuses on courses related to the carpentry trade - trade mathematics, hand tools, and project work related to different aspects of the construction industry.

You'll graduate work-ready with transferable skills for a wide range of construction-related trades.
