On successful completion graduates may pathway onto higher level welding qualifications (which include industrial welding tickets) or other engineering trade programmes. They will have the skills and knowledge to gain entry level employment/apprenticeships in the engineering fabrication, heating and ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning, oil & gas infrastructure and construction industriel

Min 3yrs sec ed & 48 >credits NCEA Lv1(specific numeracy & literacy)or equiv qual.Applicants who do not meet the above may be admitted if able to demonstrate equiv knowledge,lifeskills,wrk exp or other formal/informal study.English lang proficiency
