About the course

Do you want to lead the team on a building site? Construction management involves the supervision and management of construction sites to achieve the successful completion of a contract on time, on budget, and to a high standard. If you’re good with people and a clear decision-maker, this course could be right for you. This course is open to students already working in the construction industry. It has been designed to further extend your construction knowledge while working around your work commitments. Our tutors are industry experts; small class sizes ensure you’ll get all the support you need to succeed. There is the right balance of applied theory and problem-solving skills to grab the construction management jobs that are popping up all over the country. Entry requirements

There are no minimum academic requirements (open entry).  However it is recommended you:

have a minimum of 48 NCEA credits at Level 2 including English or Maths, OR are able to demonstrate equivalent skills and knowledge.

Flexi-learn Delivery In addition to the above you must already be working in the construction industry, and have a reasonable level of experience and the support of your employer.
