About the course
Conveyancing is no longer a career just for lawyers! Turn your interest in property and land law into a conveyancing career. We are the only New Zealand provider authorised to offer this unique qualification. A few years ago conveyancing as a separate profession in New Zealand didn't exist. Then along came a law change which opened up this exciting new legal profession. This diploma meets the requirements set by the New Zealand Society of Conveyancers and it enables graduates to specialise in the legal field involved in the transfer of residential and commercial property. The course provides an understanding of the laws and systems governing property, land, finance, commerce and contracts.

Entry requirements
Domestic students under 20 and all international students must have:
NCEA Level 2 with passes in English/Te Reo Māori or education achievement at least equivalent to NCEA Level 2 and a minimum of 42 credits at level 3; or Evidence of ability to complete academic requirements for the course.
For domestic and international applicants for whom English is not their first language, evidence of language competency may be required. Special admission:Applicants wishing to enrol into the Diploma of Conveyancing (Level 6) may be given special admission if they can provide evidence that they are capable of achieving the course outcomes.
