About the course

If you'd like to become a Real Estate Salesperson in New Zealand you need to be qualified. Study this fully online programme and learn about the legal framework, marketing strategies, listing and selling, and develop written and oral communications skills essential to success as a Real Estate Salesperson. You must complete this qualification before you can be a licensed Real Estate professional.

Entry requirements

To be admitted into this course, applicants must hold 40 credits at NCEA Level 1 (including 10 Literacy credits and 10 Numeracy credits); or a relevant qualification at NZQF Level 2; or equivalent. Special and Discretionary admission also available. Real estate standards require proficient communication skills, therefore you must be able to demonstrate the capacity to understand requirements and instructions, and communicate to the required industry level. You must also have a good understanding, knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
