About the course
Gain a broad understanding of making espresso coffee on an industrial machine. Small class sizes with a maximum of 12 students per intake allowing students to have lots of hands-on experience. Students will finish the four weeks with machine knowledge, sensory demonstrations and introduction into bean knowledge and basic coffee roasting.
Classes are in the evenings and taught on the New Plymouth Campus from 6:30pm - 8:30pm, and on Saturdays in H?wera
