About the course
The aim of this micro credential is to develop health care practitioners proficiency in the principles, knowledge and practice of Trauma Informed Care, when caring for patients with multi-dimensional experiences of trauma, and their wh?nau in a health care setting.
This programme will be offered over eight weeks, including face to face workshops (two days) and online learning.

Applicants will also be required to provide:
a police vetting check a criminal conviction declaration a Vulnerable Children s Act declaration declarations regarding their health and disciplinary issues relating to previous health programme study a completed confidentiality declaration
