About the course
The access, storage and security of our data
has become a critical aspect of the way we work, do commerce and live our
lives.
In this course, you will learn how to set up, maintain and repair cloud data servers, storage and networks, and, in doing so, know how to analyse and mitigate security risks in order to create secure data centres. You will also learn the legal, compliance and ethical requirements of data storage and security.
Entry requirements
To enter this course, you will need University Entrance, other level 3 or greater qualification, or a Learner Me foundational course.
Students are required to attend an interview before being accepted in order to demonstrate a reasonable likelihood of success. You must also show a sufficient literacy and English language proficiency.
