About the course
This qualification is achieved alongside the completion of trade training as a Plumber in the New Zealand Army, alongside gas fitting and drain laying qualifications.
Plumbers work on a huge variety of tasks and equipment and you will also gain gas fitting and drain laying qualifications. As a plumber, your role is varied and will range from providing amenities in camps and bases to assisting in repair of damaged buildings. There are also opportunities to deploy on humanitarian and peacekeeping missions around the world.
