About the course
This qualification is achieved alongside the completion of trade training and subsequent job experience as Military Police in the Royal New Zealand Navy.
Military Police protect the Defence Force’s people and resources from crime and keep them safe in New Zealand and overseas. You will assist in crime prevention in Defence Areas within New Zealand, and have opportunities to work as a bodyguard to senior military officers overseas, investigate homicides in foreign countries, or train foreign police forces. The role is varied and comes with a lot of independence.
