 In our relaxed and safe learning environment you'll increase your knowledge and skills to contribute to the performance and productivity of any business. You'll also know how to work well in a team and learn about good communication in the office. 

Upon successful completion of this programme, you will receive the following qualification:

  • NZ Certificate in Business (Administration and Technology) Level 3.

You'll learn about:

  • office equipment and administration processes
  • producing documents using a computer
  • customers and customer service
  • creating and using a computer database
  • writing minutes for a formal meeting.

Entry requirements

To enrol in this programme, a potential student must:

  • be at least 16 years of age 
  • be a New Zealand citizen (or citizen of Australia, Tokelau, Niue, Cook Islands) or permanent resident 
  • attend an information session and an enrolment interview.

You might need to:

pass a pre-entry test to demonstrate numeracy and literacy skills.
