New Zealand Certificate in Hairdressing (Salon Support)

This qualification covers the knowledge, practical skills and attitudes to perform salon and client services that contribute to the effective operation of the salon. 40 weeks in total.

In 2020 you will have the ability to Learn and then earn with our $ Bonus system for those learners who work hard and achieve the salon Targets. You will be on the floor of the Academy salon running a column as you would in the Salon. you will have assistants to help with various salon tasks. you will be taught how to cut, colour, straighten, perm, highlight and do hair ups. Studylink loans and allowances available as is Fees free if you meet the criteria.

Harrington\Vaughan is currently the only South Island PTE delivering level 3 and 4 NZ Barber Quals.
