- Use Te Whare Tapa Whā to support mental wellbeing
- Relate to what people with mental health challenges are experiencing
- Respond supportively to mental distress.
MH101® is free for individuals to attend public workshops, or businesses may purchase a workshop for their staff to attend. These are delivered all over New Zealand, and the webinar option means even the geographically isolated can participate.
