• Gain in-depth understanding of methods used to control hazards that cause food-borne illness and food spoilage
• Maintain effective personal hygiene and correct practices when working with food
• Understand the critical control points in a food business and able to take corrective action if required.
• Know the importance of food safety principles and the requirements for safe food.
