About the course
Graduates will be able to: understand the fundamentals of two and four stroke engines; do basic servicing on motor vehicles; carry out basic engineering tasks and welding; identify and control hazards Graduates will have acquired a range of literacy and numeracy skills equipping them for employment, or for continuing study Employment opportunities include: Moving into an Automotive Apprenticeship or Motor Vehicle servicing. Successful graduates may move on to further study in the level 4 Automotive Technology programme.
