About the course
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the youth work sector with people who are equipped with the broad operational and theoretical knowledge to work with youth.
This qualification is targeted at individuals who wish to progress their employment within the sector and/or enhance their skills and knowledge.
Graduates will be able to carry out youth work roles under broad guidance and may have some responsibility for the performance of others.
Entry requirements
There are no prerequisites for this qualification.
Employees and volunteers may be required to undergo checks to ensure they are a fit and proper person to provide support to young people.
