About the course

Graduates of the MCommDance programme will have in-depth knowledge of a selected field of community dance, and the mastery of methodologies appropriate to their chosen enquiry. They will have a high level of competency in discussing and making connections between various aspects of current practices and relevant historical, theoretical and cultural aspects related to their area of community dance research. It is intended that students will be equipped to pursue careers in a range of community dance and arts related professions as well as being prepared for doctoral level study.

Postgraduate Diploma in Dance Studies, Bachelor of Dance Studies (Honours) or an equivalent qualification
