Graduates from this programme should demonstrate the following characteristics: Strategic use of the underlying common body of theoretical and applied management knowledge with particular reference to construction. Strategic use of the discipline-specific applied and technical knowledge of Project Management in construction. A commitment to continued learning and professional development to remain at the forefront of the profession. The ability to work in teams in a proactive manner to produce innovative solutions to complex problems. The ability to analyse and solve complex problems and communicate their findings in both written and verbal forms. The ability to provide leadership through flexible, creative and critical thinking. An awareness of bicultural and multicultural issues and an ability to function positively in an international environment. An awareness of social, ethical and environmental issues.
