About the course
The purpose of this qualification is to provide the retail meat industry with people who have the knowledge and skills to independently manage the operational aspects of a retail meat business.
Graduates will be able to forecast and select meat product, assess meat quality, determine yield and manage merchandising and staff and business performance in a retail meat operation.
