About the course

Gain national recognition as a skilled operator in the increasingly critical wastewater treatment industry. This programme covers a range of vital processes and technologies in wastewater treatment plants.

As you work through this 12 - 20 month programme, you will learn how to protect public health and the environment. Implement, monitor and communicate health and safety requirements. Operate a wastewater treatment plant using preliminary treatment processes to meet requirements. Monitor wastewater treatment plant operation and interpret compliance and operational data. Sample, test and report wastewater procedures for wastewater treatment.
