About this programme
This programme has a strong focus on customer service as well as literacy and numeracy, to prepare you to go straight into work in the retail sector.
Subjects covered will include:

Core skills
The development of literacy, numeracy and information technology is embedded and applied throughout the learning experience.
This programme gives you the chance to study in a supportive environment where you get the time and individual attention you need to achieve a level 2 qualification.
Entry requirements
All applicants must:

be at least 16 years old at the time the programme commences

be able to read, write, and communicate in English at a basic level

be physically able to complete the programme-specific outcomes.
