About the course

MSOC graduates will have advanced knowledge and capabilities across the broad spectrum of IT Service Science with scope for some further concentrations of expertise by choice of selected electives with a technical focus, a more business centric or managerial emphasis or a mix of technical, business and managerial. Graduates of the programme will have highly developed professional capabilities and applied research skills enabling them to work at intermediate to senior levels in the IT Service industry.

Entry requirements

A relevant three-year bachelor's degree, bachelor degree with honours or a postgraduate diploma with a B grade average in papers at level 7 or above.
