About the course

CertPracPat holders will have the fundamental skills and knowledge required to become productive members of the pastry section of a commercial kitchen, bakery or patisserie establishment. Holders will also be prepared to undertake further study in this field.

Entry requirements

Successful completion of Year 12 at a New Zealand secondary school or equivalent. Applicants must be aged 17 or over at the start of teaching. An interview may be required.
